Fees

Important Information.

The fees for Authors and Participants covers full attendance to all the Conference Sessions, the Lunches, Coffee Breaks, Civic Reception, Gala Dinner and Documentation.

The registration fee for Accompanying Persons includes Lunches, Civic Reception and Conference Gala Dinner.

Several optional tours in the city or surroundings can be arranged directly at the Registration Desk with Tour Operators and are extra cost not included in the Registration fee.

Please note that there will be a limited number of reduced price registrations for students (MSc and PhD), which have to present a document to attest their condition. This student’s registration fee includes only the Coffee Breaks and Lunches, and the Conference Proceedings.

Partial participation to the Conference is possible, i.e., no attendance to the three days of the Conference. Regarding this possibility, there are a few packages that may be considered. Those interested are kindly requested to contact the secretariat for informations.
The same applies to regular undergraduated University Students.

The payment is to be done via Bank Transfer with ALL THE CHARGES to be covered by the Transmitter. (Payments by Credit Card through PayPal should add extra 10 Euros for Bank charges per paper).

Cancellation of the registration is accepted if informed by e/mail or by fax until 19th August 2013. It will be reimbursed 90% of the amount received, and the other 10% will be kept to cover handling and administration costs. The reimbursement will be done after the Conference.

After 19th August 2013, cancellation requests will not be accepted and reimbursements are not allowed, although the documentation will be mailed to the participants that made the payment of registration fees.

The on-line registration is available until 01 September 2013.
After this date the registration has to be made at the local Secretariat, during the Conference.
