Conditions

As in past EHE Conferences, the EHE2013 Conference will have too a specific area for Exhibitors.
On the scope of the EHE2013 Conference, Exhibitors (Companies and/or Individuals) are invited to attend and present the latest news on equipments, devices, software and other products and services related to the area of Electromagnetic Fields, health and Environment.

Registration Form

Interested Companies can apply for exhibition space reservation by downloading the corresponding Registration Form document and send it to the Secretariat.

Fees for Exhibitor

The registration fee for Exhibitions is: 1.500,00 € (euros).

The Conference Organizers provide for each exhibitor: 20 square metters space, 2 chairs, 1 table and connection to energy (230 V, with 2 pins)

The fees for Exhibitors covers full attendance to all Documentation, Conference Sessions, Coffee Breaks, Lunches, Wellcome Reception and Gala Dinner.

Please note: this fee only includes the payment for the presence of ONE person per Exhibitor. Additional person per Exhibitor will be charged as a Participant.
